Gray Electrical Signal Isolators

PROTOCONTROL offers Electrical Signal Isolators to isolate and convert field signals like resistance current voltage frequency to 4-20 mA from Pune Maharashtra India. These isolators find use in process control industries for signal isolation. Variety of models is available for specific applications.
Transmitters are the field devices which receives signal from field sensors like temperature sensor (Pt 100 thermocouple) or load cell & convert these in suitable form like 4-20mA O-20 mA 0-10V as an input for panel instruments.

In the field many signals are generated such as motor current armature voltage position feedback in the form of change in resistance or signals obtained from various types of traducers in standard voltage or current form. These signals are not isolated from input and not suitable for transmission over long distance. Converters are specially developed to overcome these problems in transmission such as line drop interference ground looping and non compatibility to standard processing unit.

The isolators are housed in din rail mounting engineering plastic enclosure. Special robust cast Al. enclosures suitable for field mounting are also available.
