Bod Incubator - Stainless Steel Interior Double Walled Insulation | Microprocessor Control Mobile Design With Castor Wheels

Construction:
The cabinet of this Incubator is double walled with the interior made of Stainless Steel Sheet and the exterior of mild steel finished in non-corrosive paint. The gap between the walls are insulated with a thick layer of glass wool on all sides including the door frame. A full length inner Plexi Glass door with a latch permits viewing of the chamber without disturbing the test conditions inside the chamber. The outer insulated metal door is fitted with a magnetic gasket and lock. A blower mounted on the top of the chamber with a motor located outside ensures uniformity of the temperature. The entire Unit is mounted on Castor Wheels for easy mobility.

Control:
All controls and indicators are conveniently located on a panel at the top and it is not necessary to open the chamber for adjustments. The panel consists of Voltmeter Microprocessor based PID Temperature Indicator Cum Controller and Indicating Lamps for all switches and a safety fuse device.
