Expansion Joint For Cement Plant Kiln

Such Expansion joints are exposed to high tempreature and high movements observed in kiln of cement manufacturing plants. We design (As per EJMA) and manufacture such Expansion Joints along with necessary factory lining and end fittings. This Bellows are manufactured by SS 321 316 or 316L material with more than one ply to resist the inner tempreature from kiln line. Such Bellows needs Inner Sleeves so that material inflow could not chok in corrugations of Bellow and also do resist the direct high tempreature of kiln. We also manufacture such Bellows provided drawings from customers backed with complete general arrangement drawing in CAD.



The Bellow shown in the photograph here is manufactured by us for one of the leading cement manufacturers' unit in India. This Bellow is also provided with tie rods as axial movement is heavy.
