This led to our relocation to a state-of-the-art facility in Shapar Gujarat where we significantly enhanced our production capabilities. Our current output capacity stands at 100 metric tons per month supported by advanced in-house processes including extrusion cutting printing and packing.

 

We specialize in producing high-quality Ziplock Bags and Slider Zipper Bags and also offer a diverse range of packaging solutions including Air-Bubble Bags EPE Foam Bags Non-Woven Bags and PVC Bags. Our commitment to innovation extends to our Machinery Department located in Thorala Rajkot where we design and manufacture cutting-edge packaging machinery.

 

With a dedicated team of 70 skilled professionals Balaji Flexipack proudly serves both domestic and international markets. Our export sector represents 60% of our production while 40% caters to the domestic market.
