The ore mined is first brought to Jaw Crusher for preliminary breaking and after broken to reasonable fineness evenly taken into ball mill by hoist and vibrating feeder for crushing and grinding. The fine ore stuff grinded by the ball mill enters into the next process: classification. The Spiral Classifier uses the principle that solid particles of different proportion have different settling velocity in liquid to cleanse and classify the ore mixture. When the cleansed and classified ore mixture passing the magnetic separator the magnetic materials contained in the mixture will be separated by magnetic force and mechanical force due to their different specific magnetization coefficient. And then the mineral particles that are preliminarily separated by the magnetic separator are sent to the flotation machine and mixed with different chemicals according to the characteristics of different minerals contained to separate the targeted minerals from other materials. After the targeted minerals are separated as they carry a lot of moisture they must be preliminarily enriched by the thickener and dried by the drier and then dry minerals can be got.
