The Hopper Level Sensor is utilized to drive the vibration fork and provide feedback which causes the fork to resonate. When the fork makes contact with the substance it will emit a frequency signal. It will be translated into the signal's output. When tuning forks are not covered with media the vibrating frequency causes them to vibrate freely inside the tank. The vibrations are dampened when the material covers the tuning forks. The dampening effect of vibrating forks is detected by an equal Circuit which generates an output electrical signal that activates a relay. These sensors are rated IP66 and IP67. It also has a voltage capability of 5V. The frequency is 50/60 Hz. These products can withstand temperatures of up to 300 degrees Celsius.
