The maximum reduction in the oversize of the diameter shall not exceed 50 percent of the oversize in delivery condition. For example the outside diameter shall not be less than 20.25 mm on reduction from 20.5 mm for a spring dowel pin of 20mm nominal diameter.Quality AssuranceAll Dowel pins are thoroughly inspected for Dimensions like Outside Diameter Inner Diameter Length Length Thickness Longitudinal gap Chamfer Length and Hardness according to IS:5988 DIN 1481 or as per party's specification.
