Sxg Cross-track Crane (8-40t)

Our offered SXG Cross-Track Crane (8-40T) is designed and built in compliance with GB3811 "Design Rules for Crane " and Q/PQJ 10035 "Model SXG Cross-track Crane" especially for the coal mill of thermal power plant mainly used for maintenance and parts replacement of ball mill machine. The complete SXG crane system consists of double rail crane single girder crane (or fixed monorail crane) electric hoist trolley track alignment device electrical parts.

There are two basic configurations of the SXG series cross-rail crane one is a movable suspension single girder hoist crane system above the ball mill machine the other is lifting mechanism usually a electric hoist trolley installed directly on a fixed I-steel or H-steel monorail both of the crane and the monorail system can conjoin to another double girder crane system installed and running on I-steel runway. The SXG crane's lifting mechanism (usually a electric hoist trolley) lifts the loads from the ball mill machine and forward them to the double girder crane the double girder crane then transport the loads to specific area.
