The extruding material can be PBT or refined PP.
Driven optic fiber pay-off. The pay-off tension is adjustable.
For the extruder a special BM screw is used. The extrusion linearity is good. A special designed jelly degassing and filling unit is used. The degassing result is good. The jelly filling adopts import precise gear pump. The filling is stable.
Dual automatic take up is used. During the changing of reels the line speed doesna t slow down. The production effectiveness is high.
Advance industrial computer control is used. All the main electric components are imported. The production line owns high stability and reliability.
